Post-booking

After you are booked in I aim to keep our line of communication open, and I want you to be informed of what to expect, and feel heard in your visions and desires. I have a checklist of your date keeping me on track and prepared come your scheduled day. At booking you will have all the information regarding what to expect, what to wear, your total investment, payment plan, locations, and album delivery.

Weather

  Even the slightest of clouds can interfere with the beautiful glow of the sun. Typically I do not rescheduled due to cloudy skies unless the golden light was specifically requested from the client.

However, for the safety of my gear with any chance of rain I prefer to reschedule OR clients have the option to change the location to the studio located in Ware shoals, SC. The studio fee is $95 per hour set up and breakdown included. When rain is on the radar I aim to make a decision within 24hrs of the original session time. In some cases I am able to wait until the morning of our session to discuss any changes.

Album delivery

Session album turn around is 2- 3 weeks. (varies depending on the season) Because I understand life gets chaotic at times and on occasion you need your images fast, I offer an expedited album for a fee of $50.00 - $100.00  for a 5 day turn around. You can also upgrade your session to add on a follow along link. This is a link sent directly to you within 48hrs of our session. In this link you have the ability to check in and see the images as I edit and upload them to your album. This service is an additional $50.

Cancellation

Cancellations are what can break me as a full time photographer. I depend on your session to pay for my expenses just like with any business owner. Because of that I like to ask that if at all possible your request for a raincheck be made 48hrs before your session. For every time thereafter an extension fee of $75.00 will be due before I can accommodate a new date. I understand things happen, and when unforeseen circumstances arise within the 48hr period, any amount paid will go to credit and will be available  for 1 year after your original session date.

Unsatisfactory

I dread the day that this may become a reality but in the circumstance you are unsatisfied in any way, I'd like to ask you to come to me first in a polite manner and bring the issue to my attention. With the wisdom God has given me, I promise to resolve the manner in such a way that's fair and honorable.
