what to expect
with megan
Post-booking
After you are booked in I aim to keep our line of communication open. After booking you will have all the information regarding what's next, your total investment, payment plan, and album delivery. After you book, we will switch our communication over via email. I'll be in contact closer to time via text.
I have a checklist of your wedding date, keeping me on track and prepared come your special day. Due to how often wedding details change I typically refrain from making your photography timeline until 30 days prior to your wedding date. To curate your photography timeline I will need to finalize the details of your day with you. We can do this over a cup of coffee or we can schedule a time to cuddle up with a blanket and start a new text thread.
Weather
On your big day I want to encourage you that not all hope is gone. through years of experience, I take pride in my adaptability and ingenuity to continue to capture timeless images that you will cherish while capturing the raw story of your day.
Album delivery
8-10 hour wedding album turn around is 6-8 weeks. With my wedding package "The Signature" , I offer a sneak peek album ready for your online celebration, and via link for sharing with loved ones, as you await the arrival of your completed album. I also offer a day of polaroid album for an additional fee.
Cancellation
In the unforeseen circumstance you need to cancel, the total amount paid to date will be forfeited.
Unsatisfactory
I dread the day that this may become a reality but in the circumstance you are unsatisfied in any way, I'd like to ask you to come to me first in a polite manner and bring the issue to my attention. With the wisdom God has given me, I promise to resolve the manner in such a way that is fair and honorable.

We’re Megan and Langton Holmes — the husband-and-wife team behind Megan Holmes Photography.
Best friends and high school sweethearts, we’ve been married for nine years and have spent that time growing not only our family, but a shared passion for telling meaningful love stories through photography.
Megan is the creative lead and primary photographer, specializing in intentional storytelling, refined posing, and thoughtfully curated details. With a heart for connection and a trained eye for emotion, she guides couples with ease to create images that feel both elevated and authentic.
Langton serves as second photographer and wedding assistant, bringing his natural strengths in mechanics, technology, and problem-solving into every wedding day. His calm presence and documentary approach allow him to capture clean, genuine moments as they naturally unfold—ensuring no candid emotion or meaningful interaction goes unnoticed. While Megan focuses on directing, details, and overall vision, Langton captures the in-between moments that complete the story.
