My Process
I. Contract
The contract is designed to protect both the photographer and the client by establishing clear expectations and ensuring that all important communication is documented in writing. This helps create a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
II.Non-refundable retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session or wedding date. Once your booking is confirmed, your date is removed from my calendar and held exclusively for you. Because I am unable to accept other bookings for that time, the retainer is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. The remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
III.Picture time
This is the moment you've been waiting for it's time to relax, have fun, and simply enjoy being together. My goal is to create a laid-back atmosphere where you can focus on each other while I guide you every step of the way. You don't need to worry about posing or knowing what to do; I'll provide direction that feels natural and comfortable while leaving plenty of room for genuine moments to unfold. The best photographs happen when you're present, so trust the process and let your personalities shine.
Iv.Delivering photos
After your session, I'll carefully hand-edit each image to ensure every photograph reflects the quality and style you can expect from my work. Once your gallery is complete, you'll receive a link to your private online gallery via text message or email whichever we've been using to communicate. From there, you can easily view, download, and share your images, allowing you to relive these special moments for years to come.
Session galleries are delivered within 3 weeks, and wedding galleries within 8 weeks. I also offer optional add-ons that allow you to view your images sooner please refer to the service description within your booking link for more details.
